Remove Deutsch name as was same as English. Make the English name the primary one just on account that it includes 'Visitor Center'; if it's more correct to use the Gaeilge name (as it's in a Gaeltacht) that's fine; just need to translate those 2 words

Don't think this constitutes an 'island' and removing name 'Haulbowline' from it to reduce confusion with the main island that it is adjacent to. It seems man made from satellite imagery and must have been constructed to protect the harbour.
