It doesn't make sense to me to have lots of amenity=university nodes sprinkled around the hospital, when these are departments. We should have one enclosing way to represent this hospital university campus.

LMU seems to have 3 distinct sites; I've already added relations (instead of ways) for Aldegate and Moorgate which might be controversial. Leave this as a way as it's localized.
