Isn't the eastern census boundary for Columbia Interstate 95, rather than what his shown here? Reference:
https://www.census.gov/quickfacts/fact/map/columbiacdpmaryland,US/PST045219
There are other significant differences, and addresses outside of the boundary shown here are definitely a Columbia address, for example all of Kendall Ridge.
