Added crosswalks here. Complete the sidewalk network, add tactile paving and wheelchair tags

The roadway geometry here is outdated. this was probably once two lanes with a shoulder. Now it has one lane and a buffered bike lane. I started pulling the centerlines into the carriageway but this is tedious on ID. More work is needed. Also some of the cross streets were not connected, amazingly. I guess Lyft does not drive around here :shrug:

Clean up needed: These park boundaries should all be coincident!
