The "turn:lanes:backward=right|through" tag on way/543406319 does not make sense: a right turning lane cannot be on the left of a through lane. I was here today and noticed the nonsensical lane guidance in OsmAnd, but I didn't collect enough information to be sure of the correct value and don't want to spend more time researching it right now. The overwhelming majority of examples on https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/keys/turn:lanes:backward confirm my interpretation of turn=*#Turning_indications_per_lane that turn:lanes:backward should list the lanes from left to right _as seen in the opposite direction of the osm-way_. It looks like at least one other turn:lanes:backward tag that originated in the same changeset (changeset/54163789) may have a similar problem, namely way/425002316.
