Added more traffic islands around Boston City Hall/Christopher Columbis Park

Updated some of the traffic islands in the Haymarket/North End area.

Upon closer look, noticed the temporary shelter for the MBTA station entrance/exit inside the construction zone was already visible. Updated to reflect current configuration.

With the lack of updated aerial imagery, updated this particular area with what is actually there based on what I have seen. Will need more updates once new satellite imagery is available.
