Fixed the Central Avenue Playground to a closer look of how it actually is.

Updated two areas in the Bellingham Hill area that are places of leisure, including parks and playgrounds.

Never knew these steps existed until it was mentioned in Chelsea's Facebook Group. Added since it is valid and useable.

Also noticed this playground and basketball court in the wrong location so moved it to the appropriate location.

Updated Werner's Park as it has been renovated within the past couple of years.

Added the public crossing over Suffolk Station.
