Added the bay "Ruawharo Harbour", the Outer Harbour of Napier. Shifted Inner Harbour to Ahuriri's West Quay Harbour, which it is that, rather than the Pandora Pond / Ahuriri Estuary. Added alt_name=Ahuriri Harbour to that & as a Old Name for the new bay.

Refined a Rough Building outline for the new 61 Molesworth Street tower opening soon. Added the Ministry Of Foreign Affairs & Trade marker as there wasn't another one & Shifted Metservice to it in preperation of the new building opening.

Added area=yes to several Rotorua place areas I forgot to.

Added a Suburb Area for Parklands covering Park Island & Ahuriri Farms, added a Locality Marker for the Latter one.

Fixed the bush at the south of Western Hills Cemetery, added a new path on it's east side connecting to the Eastern One. Also added 2 playgrounds, Toilets in the Cemetery & lit=yes to some Sport Fields.

Deleted buildings that were destroyed by Cyclone Gabrielle.

Added a Shared Garden encompassing the Church & a Neighboring Property to support the new additions.

Changed what was the Greenfield Area for Wharenui into a Suburb Area & Resized it to cover the Dam area. Also changed Wharenui's marker into a Suburb & recentred it to it's Suburb Area. It may cover over the Fairbank area but I doubt that it will.
