Tings n Wings reportedly closed

The south-west building (part) for the part of Ten Square hotel that overlooks James Street South is missing. Should also include the main hotel entrance node (which I moved nearer here, but within existing building) and a business centre entrance slightly north of main entrance. They also have a rooftop (7th floor) bar called The Loft

Bike racks have been replaced. Check capacity.

Overnight fire reported on local news suggests what is left of this building, I think, may need demolishing. Survey to confirm and check extent.

If this path still exists it isn't obvious on a Sunday. East end might be au automatic door which doesn't open. For west end see Mapillary images from this morning.

Reading the compulsory purchase order it looks like the other end of the new link road from A120 will join A133 somewhere near here (see note www.openstreetmap.org/note/4062209 )

New play area somewhere here opened today (FB).
