Grrrrr. Super-frustrated with this software/horrible UI/UX. why is it so goddamn difficult/impossible to split trail/line, add a footbridge over stream? Should be simple, intuitive one-step operation.

Dislodged bridge has been out of commission since Sep. 2013 floods and remains off limits. Dunno how to make this OSM change. (:-( Hoping someone can do this.

East-Boulder White Rocks Trail section closed
The bridge on the East Boulder-White Rocks Trail is closed after flooding conditions on the path caused the bridge to become disconnected from its embankment. OSMP advises visitors not to approach the bridge. The East-Boulder White Rocks Trail remains open up to the bridge closure from both directions, but no through trail travel is allowed

South Street bike/ped underpass opened a few weeks ago. No aerial images even show construction (underpass proper or nearby commercial and residential), never mind finished underpass (most recent from Jan. 2016?).
