Dojechałem od Połłanki do ul Bugaj. Było otwarte. Ten kawałek jest na 100% otwarty. Nie wiedziałem że droga jest w trakcie budowy. Gdyż sprawdziłbym ją do końca. Na razie nie jestem na 100% pewny ze od Bugaj i dalej jest otwarta. Sprawdzę za tydzień.

i.e. on 4 roads of 5 there is sign that restricts access to Rondo Mogilske by cyclists. Absence of 1 sign is just an issue that has to reported to urzad.

Ok.. I agree that according to OSM rule you map what you see, but in this case I 100% believe Rondo Mogilske is not allowed to be used by cyclist and can be very dangerous if route engine drives someone to this road.

On Mogilska there is a Sign too.
On Warszawskiego too.
On Lubicz too
Looks like there is a missing sign on Lubomirskiego. Has to be reported to Urzadu Drogowego.

I've added bicycle=no on Rondo Mogilske only. There is no link to Rondo from Iwony Borowskiej.

I've added +1 lines to Bora and to service road.

Also added u-turn restriction from New Huta-to-new Huta

Now Routing should work, but intersection is too simplified, from my point of view
