Thank you! It is preferable to have the Bulgarian name in the "name" field and the English name in the int_name tag since the last one is a transliteration.

Не ми е ясно защо беше необходимо да тагвате улицата с oneway=no, след като сте я удължили и сте оправили явно липсващия сегмент. Все пак, можеше да върнете предишната стойност на oneway тага.

I'm not sure how it should be done in this specific case. If I separate them, there will be wonky directions (like "Turn slightly right" when you are going straight if you are going north to south).

Are you sure that this is the current situation? There were oneway roads two months ago, as well as the other day when I was there. The entry barrier is on the road going north and the outer road is oneway in ACW direction.

Please don't delete closed shops. It is very likely that it wasn't bulldozed. Instead you can tag it as shop=yes so it can be resurveyed.
