По първоначалния план беше само "Сливница" (който в момента е "Сливница 1"). В последствие кмета на Сливница поиска да има втори вход/изход за индустриалните предприятия и по спомен го нарече "изход Сливница изток". Сега потърсих статията, но не я намирам. Намерих само статия за Драгоманските изходи, които официално са изток и запад (https://www.mediapool.bg/magistralata-ot-sofiya-do-srabskata-granitsa-shte-e-gotova-v-kraya-na-2024-g-news346082.html). Вече върнах имената както си бяха.

Сложих им по една бележка, за да не вземе някой да ги обедини.

От тази (и следващите) редакции е останал един разтеглен магазин (way/1152362296) и около стотина "летящи" точки. Предполагам че си затворил редактора преди всичко да бъде качено (съдейки по това че тази промяна е била "отворена" в продължение на 1 час).

That is correct, trains used it to reverse there before Vitosha metro station was constructed. It's a common practice to build 100-150 meters of tunnel after the current last station. In order for the trains to change the tracks, there must be a crossover (a.k.a. X switch). The left track is used to reverse while on the right track you almost always have a reserve train (this is currently the case on all end stations in Sofia (except Obelya and Slivnitsa)).

My source is a few photos on the internet (which I can't find currently), the specific sound of the wheels which they make when passing over the switch and the reserve train that is can be seen in last seconds of this video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ixu1lMVP1c).

About the position of the metro tracks, they should be on the outside of the tram tracks (i.e. the lines from east to west should be: sidewalk, metro track, tram track, street, tram track, metro track, sidewalk).

The crossover point is located to the south of the station.

In that case barrier=planter should be added to the planters (since they are placed to block the traffic). Even if it is legally allowed (i.e. there is no sign that forbids car traffic), there is no sane person who is going to drive there (since he would need to move two quite heavy planters or drive on the grassy area). The other problem is that all routers currently direct the traffic through these planters which is not quite right if you ask me (osm.org/directions?engine=graphhopper_car&route=42.68461%2C23.34832%3B42.68554%2C23.34966#map=18/42.68495/23.34962). I agree that it may have been a road at some point in the past but currently it is part of an area for a park (see plot 68134.108.217 on https://nag.sofia.bg/OpenMap/Zones).

Is it possible for a car to go through way/666294544? If not, you should add motor_vehicle=no or reclassify it as a path or pedestrian street (depending on the width).

This section of the local road is actually two way. The "sign with arrow" you saw is most likely a turn restriction (http://pstgroup.bg/uf/pznaci/G/P1.jpg). One way signs on the other hand are rectangular (http://pstgroup.bg/uf/pznaci/D/P4.jpg).

You've added quite a lot of data here but a part of it is unusable since it has the wrong keys and another part is discardable since it's not relevant to OpenStreetMap. For example for the addressess, you have to use the addr:housenumber (instead of addr_house), addr:street (instead of addr_stree) and so on. Closed, map_name, fill_* and border_* tags are not useful for OSM and can be removed.

It doesn't matter. Both options are widely used in such cases (500 for highway=proposed + proposed=motorway_junction vs 370 for proposed:highway=motorway_junction). The only difference is that you can more easily change the tags when construction starts (i.e. you won't have to cut and paste values, just delete "proposed:").
