These 3 historic homes are heavily documented in the local museum. All have plaques visible from the street citing the builders name and the year 1908. Known in town as "The 3 White Houses" they are the first development with running water and sewer.

The city will not be putting the playground in the old parking lot and chose to move it to the east of it instead. The old parking lot will become a pavillion
