"Millennium Promenade" should presumably join to the road at the east and the "Porto Quay" at the west?

Also, is "footway" the best representation of it? The Bing imagery (which I'm guessing may be out of date) suggests something more substantial.

Can the "construction area" on OSM be replaced with something else now too?
