Fixed the location of Rion's Eddy (my first edit wasn't quite exact)

I moved Rion's Eddy Rapid to the correct location and added the apostrophe. You can see the rapids in Google imagery: https://www.google.com/maps/@36.4425847,-84.64283,127m/data=!3m1!1e3!5m1!1e4

This may have been an airstrip in the past. Now it's a junk yard for cars. Junk cars are immediately adjacent to what may have been the landing strip. That would prohibit airplanes

On-route bike lanes exist on Hall of Fame Dr from Summit Hill Dr to M Sixth Ave

This airstrip has not been used in years. Aerials show severely cracked pavement and demolished structures. A Kroger Grocery store is being constructed on eastern portions of this site. Parcel ownership can be confirmed here http://goo.gl/jGSTQo

There is no airport at this location. All aerials will confirm it.

There is no airport IN downtown Knoxville. Look at the aerials, there are tall buildings! Not sure how the airport point location got put there, but it's definitely incorrect. I first noticed this error on MapBox

Correct bridge over Hiwassie River. Was listed as a road bridge, but it is only a foot bridge
