It looks like the area previously covered by the Eden local authority district has been incorrectly included here as belonging to the Cumberland unitary authority that came into being on 1 April 2023. My understanding is that the 2023 version of Cumberland (as distinct from the pre-1973 county of that name) only combines the districts of Carlisle, Copeland and Allerdale that existed from 1973 to March 2023.
