OSM Newbie attempt at approximating the new parking lot configuration. An expert can fix it up more, perhaps after updated aerial imagery is available.

OSM Newbie: H-E-B rebuilt here. Parking lot to SSE now also includes an H-E-B car wash. Existing building has been replaced by parking.

Not yet sure how will provide data for new H-E-B building since apparently not on source-able aerial/satellite photos yet. May have to sort out how to do it with the GPS on my phone or something.

Already made way and node edits for closures of "East Wardville Street" and part of "Shaw Street".
