West Heritage Drive is an overpass over University Drive, with no turns possible. I have found two different Android OSM-based navigation apps (OSMand and MapFactor) that allow turns from one to the other, so I suspect that the problem is in the OSM data.

When I set up a route on I-85, either direction, through this interchange, it always takes me down the exit ramp and back up the entrance ramp on the other side of Churton. I've tried another OSM-based navigator, and it doesn't have this quirk, so I suspect the problem may be in OsmAnd. Screenshots available if needed.
