Added informal access road between Bayview Ave onramp and Huntington trail. It appears to be used by maintenance vehicles.

Multiple people online report that the bridge is closed off due to unsafe conditions, and that there's a desire path that crosses the stream slightly south of where the damaged bridge stands.
