There's a few new houses in here, but I can't decipher my notes. I'll resurvey when I remember.

This house has been demolished and replaced with 4 new houses and a road. Road name: Hartly Gardens Postcode:SO31 9ED

Path is below the water line, and completely inaccessible at high water. At low water, path is blanketed in seaweed and still tricky to navigate, especially in the winter months

I believe this is Weston Sailing Club - needs a check though. They have yacht/dinghy parks adjacent.
