Need to confirm:
From the signage it appears Colston Av & Broad Quay are one way heading South for taxis, but only if they pick up at this rank:

The adjacent road is only one vehicle wide & is just a glorified taxi rank. so no overtaking if there's a queue.

There is no 'through route' for them.

The name seems off, I have never heard it refered to as Zion Events Cafe. In the local area it is called just "Zion", and its website cause its self either "Zion Community Art Space" or "Zion Bristol"
