HI
It's not been renamed. This is the repl to the email I sent the conservation board:

"Cotswolds National Landscape is a trading name of the Conservation Board for the Cotswolds Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty."

Hi
landuse=golf is not a valid tag. leisure=golf_course defines the area & usage. surface=* defines it physical covering.

Hi
landuse=grass/natural=sand are not required for golf features. Landuse is for specific areas as indicated in the wiki page's first sentence:
landuse=grass

The landuse of golf features is 'golf' not grass.
To distinguish any differences the 'surface' tag should be used.
surface=*

golf=* are a specific sport subset of leisure=pitch.
The tag to distinguish a pitch's playing finish is 'surface'
leisure=pitch

Hi
All UK railway stations are mapped as nodes, to allow central accurate location.
There can only be one railway=station. There can be multiple building=train stations.

Hi
What makes you think this is rough, rather than a fairway?
way/1001548690#map=18/51.40805/-2.26748

I presume you're not local, which imagery did you use?

Hi
Did you mean to tag this as rough?

Yes it has, as has all Nation Rail stations.

Do you know the prow_ref for this section?

Hi
relation/2799175/history
Is this NCN 2 relation you created, the same as this:

Could you provide details of this 'Route 4 for London Cycle Networks' or indeed details of 'London Cycle Networks' as the hyperlink on the OSM wiki page directs to spam. If there's an LCN it requires a separate relation, not the splitting of an existing *National* route.

113237468 about 4 years ago

Hi
It's not required. golf_course is a sport specific subset of 'pitch' where the sport is explicitly defined. It's one of many tags duplicating gumpf leading to confusion & errors. I also removed unnecessary 'area' tags.

leisure=golf_course

113178713 about 4 years ago

Hi
Why have you created this relation?
It was perfectly fine as part of 1318929
To find routes within Greater London is achievable as OSM is geospatially aware.
Unnecessarily splitting relation adds confusion leading to errors in the OSM database.

Hi
What is South Bristol Way cycle relation?
Is it official? I can find no online references to it.
Is it sign posted or is it just a collection of shared pavements you've put together?

The changeset comment clearly states the reason for my contributions in improving the quality of the OSM database. Why did you not read that?

113030254 about 4 years ago

Hi
Welcome to OSM.
May I ask where oyu obtain the references from for all the grass areas?
Are they just assigned by school for maintenance purposes?

In OSM the name tag is usually reserved for official assignment, such as the school's name. For your additions, ref is the preferred tag.

The map would get a bit crowded if it rendered every named object.
