Maybe a separate cycle lane here. My logic is that it is a separate cycle line which is raised (minimal I know). And I think the only way you can denote that the cycle lane is one way.

This house no longer exists, a new housing estate has been built (almost complete) in the former LB Plastics car park & that old house demolished as part of the estate being built. AVA-2020-0111 is the Amber Valley Borough Council planning application reference
