There is likely to be some conditional vehicle egress along Exchange Street (it is currently marked as a pedestrian way only but with the correct vehicle one-way direction marked). Tags may be similar to Saint Peter's Street.
Without this limited allowed vehicle exiting any vehicles entering Thorntree Lane will get stuck.
