These roads were changed to 10 mph by another editor. Croesnewydd Road has no 10 mph signs between it and the 20 mph sign on Ruthin Road so seems a continuation of 20 mph so reverted the 10 mph on it. However, the editor changed the area's other roads to 10 mph, which seems incorrect but cannot confirm.

Seems all the streets here had their English names removed based on way histories by a now-deleted user (potential vandal?) in one changeset. It would make sense to have both name:en and name:cy tags. If the cy name is the en name, then should be under name:en too.
