Removed duplicate node and segment

Added missing line details (circuits, wires, cables).

Set cct count of one portion of Iron Acton-Seabank. The two portions btwn Seabank Power Stn and Bradley Stoke Substn should be merged but this is blocked by undocumented error "These features can't be merged because they belong to conflicting relations."

Added circuit count.

Found another photo with an identifiable tower number. Went to do a count check and noticed an unlikely long span, found two missing towers, added per Bing Aerial Map.

Oops, brain fart. The logical split between PLA and PLB is the substation and if you count back from PLB50 that is where you end up (albeit at what would be PLB0) — worked this out and then forgot and split the line at the wrong place.

Elstree–Rye House is actually two lines, PLA and PLB, now split and tagged separately. PXA1 identity via Google Street View (that one is still on my to-visit list). PLA79 identity per photo from old camera.
