Added landuse=wood relation to Fall Creek (no inner members). Deleted SC GIS special use sections within Fall Creek, since they were just SC's representation of Fall Creek. Deleted nodes that were not part of any ways.

Added a tiny landuse=wood area adjacent to Quail Hollow. I'm not sure if the top level (i.e. base level) tags are compatible with being used together, or if the general assumption is that each area only carries one. In short, I'm seeing how it renders. =P

Using a relation to describe the landuse in Henry Cowell (main unit) as well.

Changed Quail Hollow landuse relation to have type=multipolygon, and for the relation to have the landuse=wood tag, rather than the outer member.
