Hi skifans - you've entered reference HS3 154 for the post box but HG3 154 would be expected here. Sometimes Royal Mail get the labels wrong but are you able to confirm, please?

Peter - I'll let you sort it out as and when. While there, would you be able to check the references, please? At the moment it's HA1 1001 on both sides but RM data suggests one should be HA1 100.

Hi Peter - RM show this as 19:00/13:15 but you've entered 09:00/13:15 which is an unlikely combination. Not sure whether StreetComplete allows you to update though?

Hi - RM data suggests there should be two boxes here, one double N1 59/159) and one meter/parcels (N1 61). Has one box been removed?

Thanks! 105 is as expected. A few others in KT6 if you ever run out of things to do...https://osm.mathmos.net/postboxes/progress/KT/KT6/

Hi hocu - I see you've added the Post Box reference via StreetComplete but the number 740740 doesn't match the expected value in RM records and is very much longer than the usual format for box numbers. Is this maybe a glitch with StreetComplete? Are you able to check the box again, please?

Hi CalumM - Post box 119 should be the one further south at the Post Office - but it's possible it has been labelled wrongly. Also does it not show the district (PH13 ?) on the label?

Hi Lonsak - CP7D is a code for the type of "collection plate". The box number is probably on the line above and in this case should begin with NR10.

Hi Phil - there's an existing post box node/502155869 to the south and your additions seem to be closer to the bus stop than expected. Are you able to check the location, please?

Will survey again later in 2021. A notice of intended removal is often left in place for a very long time, even if there are objections. Also sometimes the removal has been very slow.

Hi - sorry for belated response. I've updated the tags as suggested, thanks for the hints.

Hi Jay -

It was in a brick pillar between 64/65 Tivoli Road - part of the wall/fence between the two properties. If you are passing again and can confirm then I can flag it as gone if needed. Thanks

Hi Jay -
Is CT9 64 completely gone? Royal Mail still list it but presumably you found it out of use?

Hi - the post box added with reference GL51 3700 is in the position expected for box 370. Is this one of the ones where it has a "D" suffix which looks like a zero?

Hi - I know Royal Mail occasionally put wrong details on the "collection plate" but box GL10 95 appears to correspond to the expected location of GL5 95. Are you able to re-check at some stage, possibly?

Regards,

Dan

Hi - yes this is the double box - please correct the position or add the reference details to your new node and delete the original. It seems I was somewhat wide of the mark with this one!

Hi JoshLBS. Other information suggests this would be EX2 79 but it may show EX2 79D on the box. Are you local enough to double check?

91829551 about 5 years ago

Hi Hemmers - Royal Mail records suggest this should be box ST16 35 - are you local and able to check?

Hi Rob - if you're still in LL20... The letter box on Bache Mill Road should be LL20 176 according to RM data. Is this another where they've fitted the wrong "collection plate"?
