Added all paths, gates, signs and car parks that comprise Monk's Wall Nature Reserve. Also fixed some probably-incorrect water flow directions.

Removed some more incorrect tags. "cutting" means a significantly raised/lowered way, which these are not. The previous mapper seems to confused the concept with that of a "cut through" (ie: a shortcut or alleyway)
