Mark the footpath as correctly passing *under* The Riverwalk, with the "covered" tag. (The OSM editor doesn't seem to know about this so still gives a walking about the pedestrian area crossing the footpath, but it doesn't seem appropriate to use tunnel)

undid previous Pitt Street edit after closer inspection of street aignage. This routing is probably atill fine on a bike, but might get you a ticket in a vehicle

Marked a very short (~5m) section of Pitt Street as bi-directional so that Gordon Place can be traversed in both directions. This seems to be allowed by the signage on the ground
