On July 13, 2025 when I visited, this bridge was closed. Barriers blocked the entire entry to preclude any use.

For this and the several other adjacent same questions: these are not public pedestrian paths so the are not named. I believe they are all on one private lot that has paths around the building, on a commercial patio type thing and down to the waterfront path. The are open to public use.
