Added footpath access to beach

Added a footpath through the mangrove-lined waterway and along the beach, not accessible at high tide. Marked it with the "tidal=yes" tag.

I think this viewpoint is in the wrong location, and don't think it's accessible. Could be highly dangerous as it is on a high clicc. I added another (correct?) viewpoint nearby based on my GPS tracks.

Changed path to go to popular viewpoint on peak rather than turn north-east to go the the higher peak nearby, since that part of the path was not visible, June 2024. Maybe it was a track used in the past? Also added a viewpoint near the end of the walk
