A service road under canopy in a gas station does not qualify as drive-thru. It is just a road with cover. Or just tagging the roof with at a higher layer.

I'm not sure if you live in US or not, drive-thru is often seen at fast food, bank and laundromat, that people **do not** have to get off their vehicle to receive the service.

In a gas station, unless you live in New Jersey, you have to refill the gas by yourself. You must get off the vehicle.
