Added an address node for 4725 State Highway 38A

Added fuel types to the Ithaca Fastrac and added a Redbox dvd vending vending_machine that next to the gas station

Added the Locke Town Hall and addresses for 12203 Water Street and 907, 929, and 963 Main Street

Added address nodes for 2899, 2935, 3087, and 3113 West Lake Road but because of where the mailboxes are located I'm not 100% sure if the addresses are on the right house so I added fixme to all of them

Removed an unnamed privet road that had been connected to West Lake Street and was imported from TIGER because it doesn't exist also added crossing=traffic_signals to 2 traffic signals

Fixed the number of lanes and added turn:lanes:both_ways=left to part of Cherry Valley Turnpike and a left turn lane on another part. Also added address nodes for 1485 and 1527 Cherry Valley Turnpike.

Added sideswalks and crosswalks that are separate from the highways they are next to on part of Nottingham Road and Broad Street. I'm trying to map where there are ramps for wheelchairs at the ends of the sidewalks. Also added direction=all to a stop sign

Added a node for Mitzi's Hair Stylist and fixed or added turn lanes on West Seneca Turnpike between Valley Drive and South Salina Street

Changed a traffic signal at the intersection of Onondaga Avenue and Bellevue Avenue to an all way stop. Also added to direction=all to the stop sign at the intersection of Bellevue Avenue and Midland Avenue
