I changed to secondary because of:

- it's "ref=RR607" that make it a secondary road as specified in osm.wiki/Morocco/Roads#RR_Regional_roads

- Roads network 2025 update as linked here : osm.wiki/Morocco/Roads#External_links

Perhaps some clarifications in osm.wiki/Morocco/Roads would help for futur.

Like in "primary" and "secondary" sections telling us (contributors) that for some reasons the official classification is overloaded by some usages classifications.
