"BRADDA ROAD
Access only

No exit to Manxman Rd
for motor vehicles"

We have had contact from a potential land owner of these 2 paths:

"I have it in writing that there are no public paths over the land apart from the tarmacked cycle path to the north of the land"

User feedback:

"this track has been blocked where it attempts to cross the a55 south of chester. one cannot proceed."

We don't have the exact location - needs survey.

Is cycling permitted here? It is marked as both a service road and a public footpath.

Sustrans mapping defines this section as NCN51, joining the existing NCN51 under at the bridge to NCN11 at the Riverside Bridge.

We understand this track is now a dedicated cycle track, but it is currently shown as shared use.

If pedestrians are not using the cycle track but are expected to go on a separate pavement, this should be tagged as cycleway=track, foot=no, and there should be either a separate footway added, or sidewalk=left.

the roads in this area still 30 mph? Rest of Edinburgh is almost all 20 mph.
