this is the site of the Health and life Science Exchange (Helix, NJ), a 3 building complex with laboratories, office space and housing units. the first building, H1 is scheduled to open in late 2025/ early 2026 and is going to house Rutgers Medical School, New Jersey Innovation Hub and Translational research space.

the segment of D&R towpath east of landing lane is dirt, really only 1-2 feet wide (i.e., half a metre), tagging for surface and width should be updated

Ongoing construction on and next to River St from Green St to Mass Ave. Limited impact on roads, but sidewalks are often closed/moved. Likely to continue for many months of 2025.
