There is some inconsistency in naming:
- when looking at tram and bus stop signs we see "CiOlkovska iela"
- when looking at house numbers we see "CiAlkovska iela", as well as address listings on the internet have it this way.

What's more interesting, is that the scientist's surname, what this street is named after, is actually Ciolkovskis (Tsiolkovsky/Циолковский). And name in Russian does get it right - "улица Циолковского", not seeing much mentions of "улица Циалковского".

So this note is not just about public transport stop names, but to point out to this inconsistency. Is it just a typo in Latvian naming, which propagated further, or deliberate ignoring of original surname spelling (or smth else)?
