I'm pretty sure this mountain isn't properly located. There's no evidence from street view or on satellite view that this road climbs to the top of a 700 m mountain for no reason. Also, this topography would have the river to the west flowing uphill from 200 m to 500m and them back down to 200m.

River here on the cycle map somehow climbs a 1200 m peak and then flows down the other side

Cycle map puts a 2800 m mountain here (with a river flowing up and then down one slope) - pretty sure such a mountain is not here
