Re-added some building parts with wall=no that were merged in an earlier changeset

Added many driveways and parkings (or changed single parking node to area) in Le Thillot area. Also fixed some bugs through JOSM validation checker. Fixed tagging scheme of some driveways that were marked as highway=track. Some buildings orthogonalized.
