Add missing shortcut path

Fix tagging mistake from https://www.openstreetmap.org/changeset/110996016.

Path & track improvements along GPS survey. Also added several missing buildings and POI from imagery and survey data.

Added missing details, fixed trails, tracks and paths along GPX survey. Fixed tagging where necessary. (NB: route Sewen-Ferme Fennematt is likely not a real/verifiable route. I maintained the route where I edited trails but I didn't find evidence)
