Added tags to a local veterinary clinic

Added new, under construction, school building: Rochell Elementary. I removed the part of the old schoold building has already been demolished.

New Pet Doctor store is under construction. The walls are up. The doors and windows are installed. Brick and stone exterior is mostly done.
