Add the parameter “&poweruser=true” to the end of the URL when you’re running RapiD, and it will allow you to upload >50 buildings at a time

Hi woodpeck, yes this was intentional - insofar as the imported address points were all in one location. The import process now has a better way of handling this, by adding apartment addresses like this as a single node representing an address range, rather than individual nodes for each apartment unit.

I've updated the site in this changeset changeset/100373781

Mary MacKillop Centre is no longer an assisted living, social facility anymore, it is now a Conference Centre:

My understanding is that the amenity=social_facility should be applied to the overall grounds, rather than to each individual building

Note that amenity=research_institute is currently unrendered, but is actively being considered for rendering: https://github.com/gravitystorm/openstreetmap-carto/issues/2077

Thank you for adding AGE school to the map. I've updated the school by tagging the area as amenity=school, rather than on the building itself.

I've also remedied the issues raised by ralley (private info on street address and un-needed layer tag)

Hi Spyname, I see a review was requested. I think that what you've done with the multipolygon is better achieved by wrapping the station up in an area tagged amenity=fire_station. This is the approach described in the wiki pages for amenity=fire_station and building=fire_station

Looks good to me, nice work. I hadn't come across Map Warper before. I've used a fairly basic JOSM plugin for the same purpose, but Map Warper looks like a really good tool.

Hi Waiau Paa welcome to OpenStreetMap and thank you for your contributions. I see that you've added a small airfield, with the main runway as "aeroway=runway". This tag renders on the map as a wide tarmac runway, so possibly there are more suitable tags. It isn't crystal clear in the wiki, but I would suggest either "aeroway=airstrip" aeroway=airstrip

or "aerodrome:type=airfield" aerodrome:type=airfield

This area will likely render a bit odd until the Coastline refreshes, which can take many days, up to weeks.

I agree that does seem like a fitting tag to use. Maybe a valid situation to use multiple values: shop=outpost;supermarket

Hey Kyle where have you seen Milldale called Wainui? To me Wainui refers to the wider area, and the specific little settlement at the west: node/1706661578

In my opinion, it doesn't make sense for a minor urban path through a park to share the name of the long walking route which passes over it. The Coast to Coast Walk route is already well represented by the relation/30023: relation/30023

It was done in good faith I so I would not call it vandalism.
There is an ongoing conversation about naming parallel ways (eg footpaths and cycleways alongside named roads), but the consensus is quite clear about not using descriptions as names.

The details you added in the note field on the hospital could be added using the keys emergency and operator:type. see the wiki page at amenity=hospital

Adding the information in a structured format using key/value pairs makes it more useful for the software which works with OSM data.

Hi ingoratsdorf welcome to OpenStreetMap and thank you for your edits, all looking great. I can see you requested a review for this changeset, which was updating the tags of Tawharanui campground.

The changeset looks good to me, and adds valuable detail to the camp site. My two suggestions would be:
1 - Be wary of copy-pasting text from external sources, as you did for the description. This can be problematic depending on the copyright of the source (it's probably fine in this case) Better would be to write your own summary of the pertinent info.
2 - For a more advanced and detailed edit, you could try drawing the campground as an area - tracing around the approximate boundaries from aerial imagery. Within this area you could distinguish between the tent-only and campervan areas, and draw in the trees which separate the 'bays'

Hi TRFleming, welcome to OSM and thanks for updating the map with your local knowledge.

From your changeset comment I understand that what you were wanting to do was to specify that this track is not a public walkway, this can be achieved by updating the access tag to access=no or access=private. See access=private

Using access=no and access=private will stop routing software from directing people along this track

By removing the feature entirely, a likely outcome is that the track will be redrawn by another contributor in future (probably without access=private).
