Non credo che tutto quell'edificio sia un bar, io il tag amenity=bar lo darei ad un solo nodo che posizionerei nella posizione del bar; adesso come adesso mi sembra che il bar occupi tutto l'edificio.

ciao, gli edifici andrebbero squadrati, per favore utilizza la apposita funzione. L'unico edificio di questa changeset che potrebbe non necessitare di quella funzione è questo way/542986513, gli altri credo proprio siano tutti perfettamente squadrati. Le tettoie dei benzinai andrebbero mappate come building=roof, con tag layer=1

Other than that, what do you mean with the width=-1 tag? way/542763289 that tag is used to point out how wide a trail/road is, its value cant be negative, did you mean width=1, which means the trail is 1 meter wide?

Fosse per me però io sposterei i tag name e website da questo nodo node/5243260062 a questa area way/542468596, perché se dovessi leggere io la mappa com'è adesso capirei che "La Bastide" è il nome del leisure=pitch, non dell'intero maneggio.
É solo il mio parere, nulla di vincolante.

Are you sure it's really there? I mean, it looks like it cuts through a few volleyball pitches. Looks like you used the strava heatmap to map it and if you take a closer look at the heatmap you'll see this trail as a part of a circuit, I suspect it was a ciclocross race held in october https://www.strava.com/segments/796793. CX is a discipline which includes few sand section on each lap and that could explain why the trail cuts through those pitches.
I think this trail should be removed as it is probably not a real trail. Let me know if you have any local knowledge and if you might be able to survey the area.
