Moved residential and retail areas to more accurately reflect boundaries and remove from highways. Some area boundaries still using highway and needs to be fixed.

Added pedestrian area to clarify the unusual layout of the junction. Perhaps this leaves the previous footway redundant? Am not sure for routing purposes so leaving for now.

Realigned geometry of footways. They feel potentially confusing without surrounding pedestrians mapped first but that's debatable so I'm refining the positions for clarity.
