Tagging and geometry corrections (removed names that were descriptions and not titles)

Corrected uppercase to capitalised. Fixed site tag from building to amenity for school. Refined boundary and highway surrounding.

Removed new building drawn around existing one and transferred name tag over to existing. If it was intended as a site boundary it didn't match any of the land features.

Corrected building tag to amenity. Dubious of whether site identified correctly? Why are the idenitcal buildings on the same land not part of the boundary (which doesn't match any land features).
