Ramp from Trebein to US-35 East-Bound is open. Imagery doesn't reflect it but there is a left-turn lane from Trebein used to enter on-ramp.

Eastbound lanes allow a left turn onto northwest-bound Dayton-Yellow Springs Road AND onto north-bound Maple Avenue via a single "Left Only" lane. Also allows for a right turn onto southeast-bound Dayton-Yellow Springs Road via a single Right-Only lane.
