Cogmill track is a bridleway. Tags updated, surface grade changed; it's 3 at one end but not at the other

Bike path on pavement continues to Winterbourne as demonstrated by signs on the ground.

Signs at northern entrance to track (off Harry Stoke Road) prohibit "motor vehicles" on this "lane". No signs at southern end. RoW is only a footpath though. Official maps haven't been updated to show the new paths at all

Add place name at location taken from 1900 OS map. Name is in use again, for a farm, nature reserve, etc. so should be searchable. Not sure what tag to use.
