Bridges are surfaced: asphalt or near enough over the M4, but over the A4174 a noise-stopping layer over steel because horses were getting spooked by the noise of their shoes. It's not "rubber" as described in the wiki, but much harder.

Most of Norman Lane is one way. I'm not sure I've tagged enough but I certainly haven't tagged too much. Accidental survey after getting routed up it on a bike ride and having to push, so didn't have time to note details of sign at north end.

Tag Parkway as "bicycles=no" - there's nothing on the ground to say riding is allowed on this pedestrian path/courtyard , and lots to suggest it's neither allowed nor expected. Even pushing a bike through was awkward.
